| UPDATE 19 May: In the last 5 days we have caught up with all the order backlogs, and are shipping on schedule. Upon our shipping, you will receive emails with your shipment and tracking info. However, because of our web host's (TURBIFY) slow progress, we still cannot modify the order confirmation, order review, and shipment notice pages, nor can we add new product pages or modify existing ones. At present, we are still unable to include the normal printed invoice or packing slip we pack with each shipment. Please bear with us as we know some of these issues will extend into early June(!) We apologize for this interruption and will update our home page again when we have better information.
